Memory for modern knowledge work
Capture, search, and recover the context behind your work — across devices and apps. Start with private recall, then extend into team memory and organizational continuity through governed sharing.
One product, three layers
Memory Personal
Private recall for individuals and professionals. Capture selected activity from chosen sources, search it instantly, and keep full ownership of your data.
Memory Work
Work-scoped capture with workspace boundaries, source and channel policies, automatic sensitivity classification, and private-by-default raw memory.
Memory Enterprise Layer
Curated knowledge artifacts promoted from users and teams into a governed, searchable organizational layer — with full audit trail.
The enterprise layer receives reviewed knowledge, not raw employee activity.
Why Memory matters
Work is fragmented across email, chat, files, browser sessions, notes, and mobile devices. Valuable context is created constantly and lost just as quickly.
Lost context
People remember that something happened, but not where, when, or in which tool.
Broken continuity
Teams lose momentum when decisions, handovers, and operational know-how are spread across tools and individuals.
Hidden knowledge loss
Organizations lose expertise when knowledge stays trapped in personal activity streams and never becomes a reusable asset.
How it works
Capture selected sources
Desktop, mobile, and web apps capture from sources you choose: browser history, watched folders, clipboard, Mattermost chat, IMAP email, photos, voice memos, and notes. Each source has its own enable/disable toggle and configuration.
Search and recall
Full-text search across your entire timeline, plus AI-powered Q&A that answers questions in plain English with citations back to source events. Semantic search available on Pro and Business plans.
Keep raw memory private
Raw events stay user-scoped by default. Workspace policies control which sources and channels are allowed. Sensitive content (credentials, PII) is automatically classified and quarantined before it reaches shared layers.
Promote reusable knowledge
Users or teams convert validated context into knowledge artifacts — decision logs, handover notes, summaries, knowledge cards — and promote them into team or enterprise workspaces through a governed review workflow.
Memory Personal
Own your digital memory. For individuals and professionals who want a private, searchable record of their work context, with local-first storage and full export.
- Capture from browser, files, clipboard, email, chat, photos, voice
- Instant full-text search and AI-powered recall
- Local SQLite storage on each device, offline-first
- Cloud sync across devices (EU-hosted)
- Full export in JSON and CSV formats
- User-controlled source settings and retention
- Annotations and personal notes on any event
Memory Work
Keep work context private by default. Share what matters. Memory Work separates work capture from personal use. It applies workspace-level source controls, automatic sensitivity detection, and lets valuable outputs move into shared spaces without exposing raw activity.
- Separate work workspaces with dedicated policy sets
- Source allowlists and channel filters per workspace
- Automatic classification of sensitive content (PII, credentials, secrets)
- Quarantine for high-sensitivity events with admin review
- Configurable retention rules (delete, anonymize, or archive)
- Promotion workflow for shared knowledge artifacts
- Admin policy controls — no default access to raw capture
Important: Memory Work is not employee surveillance software. Organizations benefit from curated knowledge, not unrestricted visibility into raw capture.
Memory Enterprise Layer
Turn validated work knowledge into organizational continuity. The enterprise layer receives promoted, governed knowledge artifacts from users and teams. These artifacts are searchable, reusable, and auditable — available only to authorized workspace members.
Artifact types
- Decision logs
- Handover notes
- Project timelines
- Summary briefs
- FAQ candidates
- Knowledge cards
Enterprise capabilities
- Enterprise artifact feed with full-text search
- Artifact statistics by type and workspace
- Visibility scoping (workspace, enterprise, cross-workspace)
- Promotion review workflow with approval states
- Full audit trail for compliance
- GDPR data export per user or workspace
The enterprise layer complements CCBot. CCBot answers from approved organizational content; Memory contributes validated operational knowledge that has been intentionally promoted.
Privacy and control by design
Memory is built on local-first architecture. Each device keeps its own encrypted SQLite database. Sync is opt-in and EU-hosted. Sensitive content is automatically classified at ingest and quarantined before reaching shared layers. Users retain full export and deletion rights at all times.
